All carb meals are substituted as below:
Mash or pasta > butternut mash, sweet potato mash or gluten free pasta
Rice > brown rice or cauliflower rice
All wraps & dough is made from sour dough or gluten free
From as little as R275 pp per week
R55 per portion
Any alterations to meals i.e vegetarian or carb conscious will be charged an extra R5.00 per portion
We deliver across the Cape Peninsula
Deliveries happen on Mondays & Tuesdays between 11h00 & 15h00 and between 17h00 & 21h00
Delivery charge is between R50 & R100 depending on area and delivery routes
